  1. 2026 Semester 2 online applications are now open.
  2. The application period is scheduled to  close on 31 May 2026.
  3. N5–N6 Report 191 Business Studies Programmes (Full-time and Part-time)
  4. Occupational Programmes, namely:
    • Occupational Certificate: Management Assistant (NQF Level 5)
    • Occupational Certificate: Bookkeeper (NQF Level 5)
    • Occupational Certificate: Office Administrator (NQF Level 5)
    • Occupational Certificate: Tourism Information Officer (NQF Level 5)
    • Occupational Certificate: Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5)
    • Occupational Certificate: Cook (NQF Level 4)
    • Occupational Certificate: Early Childhood Development Practitioner (NQF Level 4)
    • Occupational Certificate: Solar Photovoltaic Standalone Installer (NQF Level 4)
  5. Completion of the compulsory Career Guidance and Placement Test is mandatory , all applicants must complete the online Career Guidance and Placement test online prior to submission.
  6. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified through sms , email and Coltech Portal
  7. Applicants requiring assistance with the online application process may visit Sir Val Duncan Campus every Friday between 12:00 and 13:00 for support.
