STUDENT REGISTRATION SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS – 2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
Compulsory Registration Documentation
(All certified copies must not be older than six (6) months)
- Certified copy of the applicant’s Identity Document (ID)
- Certified copy of the Next of Kin’s Identity Document (ID)
- Certified copy of the highest school qualification and/or latest academic results
- Certified proof of residential address
Important Notes
- Successful applicants will be formally notified of their admission status via the Coltech Portal, SMS, and email communication platforms.
- Admission into Occupational programmes may be subject to the successful completion of medical examinations and/or fitness assessments, where applicable.
- Applicants are strongly encouraged to adhere strictly to the stipulated registration timelines to avoid forfeiture of their placement.
- Failure to provide complete and compliant documentation may result in delays or cancellation of the registration process.
