College Donates Whiteboards to Refiloe Primary School

Mopani TVET College donated six whiteboards to Refiloe Primary School in Namakgale, Phalaborwa, as part of its ongoing commitment to support local education. The handover took place at the College’s Corporate Centre on 23 January 2025. The donation is aimed at enhancing teaching and learning by providing essential classroom resources. The new whiteboards are expected to improve lesson delivery and create a more engaging learning environment for learners.

The College emphasised the importance of supporting schools beyond infrastructure, encouraging continued focus on learner development and exposure to future opportunities. The initiative also highlights the value of strengthening relationships between educational institutions within the community. Refiloe Primary School Principal, Ms Mavis Mmola, expressed appreciation for the gesture, noting its impact on the school. “This will go a long way in helping our learners. With these whiteboards, we will surely improve teaching and learning and the quality of education we offer,” she said. This initiative is important and also highlights the significance of collaboration in improving educational outcomes and ensuring that learners have access to the necessary resources to succeed.
